St Kilda vs Port Adelaide – Telstra Dome – Sunday, 3rd August – 2.10pm
Off to the Telstra Dome for this footy game. I think The Saints will beat Port Power. Although St Kilda was beaten by the West Coast Eagles last weekend by 17 points. This will be my 3rd game this weekend and glad I have been organised with all my tickets. St Kilda are 9th on the AFL ladder and Port Adelaide are 13th on the AFL ladder – The Power played Fremantle last weekend and were beaten by 28 points. Go The Saints!
St Kilda
The Saints are having an average year this season. Although I was happy that they were beaten by West Coast last week, they should have won. They have won the last 4 out of 5 games – They should beat The Power in a very close game at the Telstra Dome. Tipping St Kilda, Go The Saints!
Port Adelaide
The Power are having a shocker this year. They have only won 1 out of the last 5 games. They have only won 5 out of 17 this season. Including losing to Fremantle by 28 points last weekend at the Aami Stadium. Go The Saints!!!
Last time they met – St Kilda & Port Adelaide
The last 4 times St Kilda & Port Adelaide played – The Power won in 2008 by 21 points at Aami Stadium. In 2007 Port Power defeated The Saints by 53 points at Aami Stadium. In 2006 The Saints defeated Port Power by 4 points at Aurora Stadium and prior to that Port Adelaide defeated St Kilda by 4 points – Go The Saints!
Wow! What a weekend of footy it was. With 6 upsets, who would have pick that aye? I was happy to see my team The West Coast Eagles defeat The Saints by 17 points. Woohey thats 3 wins out of 17. Oh well atleast they had a win, wish I’d picked it though. Hope to see them have a win against Melbourne in a couple of weeks at The MCG. Go The Eagles!! Ha! – Anyhow I love me footy. Even if my teams aren’t playing. I still enjoy watching other footy teams play and especially seeing it live at the MCG, The Dome or Skilled Stadium. Gotta love Melbourne!
